How It Works

TTS-100 is a PTFE encapsulated

The TTS-100 is a PTFE encapsulated (not coated) 3-wire PT-100 (RTD) temperature sensor. Thicker than a simple coating, the PTFE protects the element against harsh chemicals, while ensuring it does not degrade or wear over time. The sensor is installed by simply inserting it into a Flaretek® “T” fitting. The RTD element is centered in the flow stream for accurate measurements. The temperature signals are measured via our 4-20mA transmitter.
